JACOB BUCKWALTER'S Estate.
By an order of the Orphan's Court of Chester county, Will be Sold at Public Vendue, on the premises, in Charlestown township--in said county, on the 27th day of November inst. at 10 o'clock am all that Plantation or tract of land adjoining Daniel High, Thomas Robinson, Joseph Starr, Thomas Mason and the Phoenix Company, containing 120 acres of land, in a high state of cultivation, 25 acres of which is Woodland, 20 acres of meadow, most of which is watered by springs arising on the premises. The improvements are a large stone house, two stories high, with eight rooms and an entry, with a large kitchen adjoining, all of stone; a stone barn about 40 by 60 feet, built of good materials, a tan-yard with suitable buildings, which is an excellent stand for business; a large stone spring house, with a wash house over a never failing spring of water; a cider press, under good roof; a stone smoke house; and other buildings for swine and sheep; about 100 young thriving apple trees; a tenant house partly stone and frame, three stories high, with five rooms and an excellent spring of water under the house; a frame barn, 40 by 16 feet; a frame carriage house 16 feet square. The Plantation is divided into convenient fields, all of which except two are watered by springs. There are on said farm five never failing springs of water. Also--A Lot of Chestnut Timber land, situate in the township aforesaid, adjoining lands of Daniel High and others, containing about 7-1/2 acres. Any person wishing to view the described premises, previous to the day of sale, may apply to either of the subscribers.
