Notes: (continued) Berwyn Business Association is actively attempting to stimulate local business and has appointed a committee to encourage new and desirable businesses. Retail stores have increased hardly at all in number in the past 5 years while population increases have placed Easttown and Tredyffrin townships (where Berwyn is located) in the forefront of Chester County growth.
