Trail Report – Red’s Trail
Reporters: Kathy King & Mike Bertram; Date: September 21, 2020
Usage: very light traffic, a lot of debris across and in the trail
The trail has sections that run straight up and down fall lines. There are also sections that are too steep to effectively control the drainage. There are a few old water bars but no other drainage to get water off these sections of the trail; erosion is inevitable.
GPS Readings: Ends: 40.028238N, 77.405519W and 40.040013N, 77.401689W
The trail is 2.5 miles long between the access points on the Road, excluding the upper extension.
