Will be sold at Public Sale, on Saturday next, on the premises at one o’clock p.m. situate in Hammer Hollow Tredyffrin township, Chester county, tilt and grinding mill, a comfortable dwelling house, part stone and part frame, new stone barn and lot of land thereto belonging containing four acres, a good spring of water near the door, also, an excellent spring near the barn a thriving young apple orchard of selected fruit. The advantages of this situation of suchas would render it an object worthy the attention of a skilful and enterprising mechanic.
