The subscriber offers to Rent a TAVERN and FARM, situate near the 18 milestone, on the Philadelphia and Lancaster turnpike road, in Tredyffrin township, Chester county - The stand is a very good one, and has long been occupied as a public house of entertainment - The improvements, besides a large and comfortable stone House, consists of good stone Sheds, Livery Stables and Barn, two wells of water, with pumps therein, near the door. From forty to eighty acres of tillable land can be had with the Tavern, which is in good order and well fenced.

Also, for Rent, a large and commodious HOUSE, well calculated for a Dwelling and Store, or other public business - situate near the above property, and on the same road. From five to twelve acres of good tillable land can be had with this property, contiguous and adjoining thereto. The improvements, besides the aforesaid House, are a good stone Barn and Stables, two wells of water and pumps near the door. Possession will be given on the first day of April next.
