No image exists of this house.

This house was possibly a tenant house for the James Davis estate. James Pugh purchased a 34 acres section of the estate in 1825. The ownership then descended to William Pugh. Pugh Road was named after the family.

The Glass Tax return lists a Dwelling House as 18’ x 15’.
