Big Stick Prospect


The Big Stick prospect is about one eighth of a mile southeast of the Gray camp, near the contact of sheared altered granite porphyry that is intrusive into diorite, as shown in one of the tunnels. The ore minerals, which are disseminated in the country rock and concentrated in seams, are pyrite and chalcopyrite, locally coated with covelite and chalcocite.2
