Geology

Largely oxidized pyrite and chalcopyrite with minor lead and zinc mineralization in fractures and disseminations with gouge, quartz, and breccia in sheared and jointed Jurassic granitic intrusive.1


Type of Operation and Production

Tunnel and shaft operations. Worked sporadically from 1913 through 1929 producing some 320 tons of ore averaging 10% Cu, 4 oz. Ag/T, and 0.1 oz. Au/T.1
