Type of Operations

Shaft and adit operations. Worked sporadically from the early 1900's through 1951, producting some 1,700 tons of ore averaging about 11% Pb, 3 oz. Ag/T, and minor Cu and Au.5

Geology

Argentiferous galena, pyrite, chalcopyrite, and sphalerite, oxidized near the surface with silver enrichment, in an irregular quartz-fissure vein cutting Cretaceous rhyodactite tuff and interbedded arkose.5
