Name of Field	Field Definition	Field constraints
Title	A title given to the image.
Description	A description of the image.
Photographer	The person who took the photograph or artist who created the image.
Date taken	The date the photograph was taken.
Location of Photograph	The place where the photograph was taken.	List - Berwyn, Betzwood, Broomall, Cedar Hollow, Chesterbrook, Daylesford, Devon, Diamond Rock, Fatlands, Green Tree, Howellville, King of Prussia, Malvern, Mill Road, New Centerville, North Valley Road, Old Eagle School Road, Old State Road, Paoli, Phoenixville, Port Kennedy, Strafford, Swedesford Road, Upper Gulph Road, Valley Forge, Waterloo Mills, Waynesborough, West Valley Road, Yellow Springs Road
Type	The type of image.	List - Drawing, Lithograph, Note card, Painting, Photo, Postcard
Subject	The subject of the image.	List - Business, Church, Cultural, Farm, House, Inn, Military, Mill, Person, Place, Quarry, Railroad, Road, School, Service, Sport, Transportation, View
Township	Township where photograph was taken.	List - Charlestown, Easttown, East Whiteland, Haverford, Lower Providence, Marple, Norristown, Radnor, Schuylkill, Tredyffrin, Upper Merion, West Norriton, West Whiteland, Willistown
Source	Location of source photograph or drawing.
References	Quarterly or other publications related to the image
Contributor	Contributing person or organization.
Notes	Any other comments on the image	Text
Rights	Ownership of the image.
Identifier	A unique identifier for the image.	format: XXXnn
Serial Number	Automatically created	Number

File location	Location of image on Mike’s PC
Resolution	The resolution of the image when created or digitized. This is not the resolution of the images in the database which are lower.	Number
Primary photo	The index key for the record
Date entered	Date the record was originally entered into the database.
Time entered	Time of day the record was originally entered into the database.
Archive location	Location of full resolution digitized image. This will normally define off-line storage such as CD or DVD
Public Display	A flag designating whether image should be publicly viewable	Y/N
Last update	Date and time of last update.	Automatically created; Date-time
Digitization Date	Date a photograph or image was digitized	Date format: YYYY-MM-DD
Image location	File location of the image displayed in the output record	The url of the file should be relative. For example, Places/Devon/Dev15small.jpg is correct while the2nomads.org/ImageDatabase/Places/Devon/Dev15small.jpg is incorrect and will not work.
Size of photograph	Size of photograph in inches	Not used at present.
Donation	Number of donation
