Porch Cafe, Devon Inn
Description:
The Devon Inn had a wrap-around porch around much of the building, and certain portions were used as an outdoor café for lighter meals during the summer month. The decoration was quite Victorian, with an abundance of hanging baskets, potted shrubberies, and Chinese lanterns. Photographed by Lucy Sampson in 1905-6. - Herb Fry and Roger Thorne
