Michaux State Forest Trails

Status: the Sunset Rocks trail consists of two sections connected by a short length on Michaux Road.

The first part of the west trail running from Michaux Road is mainly on a constructed trail bed with few maintenance issues. The second part of the trail is on a natural rocky bed.

This trail is 1.2 miles long and runs between Michaux Road and the Appalachian Trail near Tom’s Shelter
