Black Bear

By virtue of a writ of Levari facias to me directed, will be sold at Public Sale, on Wednesday the 20th of March next, at one o’clock in the afternoon, on the premises, a certain Messuage and two tracts of Land, situate in the township of Tredyffrin, in the county of Chester, bounded by lands of Joshua Evans, Randal Evans, Frederick Landis, and the Philadelphia and Lancaster turnpike road and others, containing together 33 acres and 70 perches of land, be the same more or less with the appurtenances. On the above premises there is a stone tavern house well situated for business, stone stable and sheds, a log barn, a stone milk house, two tenant houses, & water convenient.

Seized and taken in execution as the property of James Foote and Hannah his wife, and the terre tenants.
