A Valuable Plantation


In the valley, near 20 miles from Philadelphia, adjoining lands of John Phillips, John Garver, John Emery and others, near the Valley Church. It is now occupied by Benjamin Bispham, containing 78 acres, near 50 thereof wood. There are excellent lime stone quarries which may be cut out into lots to suit purchasers, good building, nearly all stone, and a fulling mill gone out of repair. Great encouragement would be given at the fulling business, in that place. It will be sold altogether, or in any shape to suit purchasers. Sale to begin at 2 o’clock and conditions made known by JACOB MAULE.

N. B. Should the buildings with any part of the land, not be sold on that day, they will be for rent.
