By virtue of writs to me directed, will be sold at Public Vendue the following real estate, viz - WILL BE SOLD on Monday the 22nd June, 1818, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, at the dwelling house on the premises, a certain Messuage, Grist Mill, and tract or parcel of land, situate in the township of Tredyffrin, in Chester County; bounded by lands of Daniel Markley, of Dewalt Beaver and others, containing about 34 acres, more or less, with the appurtenances.
