I will sell at private sale, a Merchant Grist and Saw-mill, all in good order, with about 28 acres of limestone land; situate in the Great Valley, Chester County adjoining lands of David Shewalter, Conrad Acre and others- the mills are turned by the waters of big Valley creek, the water power is good and sufficient to drive the mills in all seasons- very little troubled with ice. ALSO- a small Farm of good land, one half of which is good timberland of the best kind, situate in Willistown township, Chester County, adjoining lands of Henry Coffman, Ellis Williams and others, 19 miles from Philadelphia; the buildings middling, the fences are good and plenty of good water near the door. ALSO - between 30 and 40 acres of land on the Philadelphia and Lancaster Turnpike, 19 miles from Philadelphia, one half of this lot is under thriving timber, some of it thriving timber, some of it very good, the cleared land is middling good and well fenced, it abounds with never failing springs of good water. ALSO - 22 acres of land on the Philadelphia & Lancaster turnpike, between the 17th and 18th milestones, part of this lot is under thriving Chesnut timber, and all well fenced. ALSO - About 18 acres of land, between the 18th and 19th milestones on the Philadelphia and Lancaster Turnpike, one half of this lot is under Chestnut timber, the cleared land is middling and well fenced. And also, between 30 and 40 acres of Chestnut timber land, near the 15 milestone of the Philadelphia and Lancaster Turnpike - This lot I will sell in small lots to suit purchasers - one half of this lot it is supposed will yield from one to two thousand good Chestnut rails per acre.
