A small farm of 40 acres in Willistown township, Chester County, adjoining lands of Henry Coffman, Thomas Hutchinson and others, the land is in a good state of cultivation, wood and water plenty, the buildings good - I have also a number of wood and building lots on the Philadelphia and Lancaster Turnpike, that I wish to sell.

Lot No. 1 and 2 if not sold before the 1st of February next, will be offered at public sale on said day.
