Public Sale

Pursuant to an order of the Orphans Court of the county of Chester, will be sold at Public Sale, on Saturday, October 22d, a certain messuage, Grist Mill, Plantation & tract of land, situate in the township of Tredyffrin, in said county, bounded by lands of John Phillips, Benjamin Jones, Conrad Aker and others, containing sixty acres, more or less. The improvements are a substantial two story stone dwelling house, stone barn, stone mill house, sufficiently large for a tolerably extensive woolen or cotton factory, a young apple orchard, etc. There is on said property a good proportion of woodland, extensive limestone quarries, for quantity, quality and ease of quarrying excelled by none perhaps in the State, as well as other advantages. The remainder thereof is divided into convenient fields, well fenced with chestnut rails, and the whole situate in a populous and healthy neighborhood, and on a never failing stream of water.
