A stone Store House, with or without 14 acres of land, adjoining. The store house is sufficiently large and is well calculated to hold a complete assortment of goods for the country, and is considered an excellent stand for business; situate on the Phila. and Lancaster turnpike road, between the 19 and 20 mile stones, at the intersection of the road leading to West Chester and to Downingtown, with the turnpike. Also, a stone Saddler shop , a few yards from the store house, large enough to carry on saddlery in all its branches and in a good neighborhood for business.

Also, adjoining the above described property, about 30 acres of land, with a dwelling house, spring house, wagon house, apple orchard, etc. The property is well fenced, and the land is in a good state of cultivation. If not disposed of before the 12th day of February next, it will, on that day, be offered at Public Sale.
