Rail Road Property

The Subscriber will Rent for one or more years, a large and commodious stone messuage with a Store House And about 20 acres of land thereto belonging, situate on the Philadelphia and Columbia Rail Road, about 1/4 of a mile below the Paoli, in the township of Tredyffrin, Chester County, with a turnout, which was expressly made for the benefit of the same. The said messuage bounds also by the Philadelphia and Lancaster turnpike road, being situated between the said turnpike and rail road. There is also on said premises a substantial stone barn with stabling sufficient for 30 horses. The land is in a high state of cultivation and very productive. The said property is eligbly situated for a public house or Inn, there having been one kept there for a number of years. Possession will be given on the first of April next. Randal Evans Jan. 6 N. B.
