Pursuant to an order of the Orphan’s Court of Chester County will be sold at Public Sale, on Saturday the 10th December next, the following Real Estate, late the property of DAVID LAPP, dec’d. A certain messuage,

Gristmill, Plantation and Tract

of Land situate in the township of Tredyffrin, in said county, bounded by lands of John Phillips, Benjamin Jones, Conrad Aker and others, containing 60 acres more or less. The improvements are a substantial two story dwelling house, stone barn, stone mill house, sufficiently large for a tolerably extensive Woolen or Cotton Factory, a young apple orchard, etc. There is on said property a good proportion of woodland, extensive limestone quarries, for quantity, quality, and ease of of quarrying excelled by none perhaps in the state, as well as other advantages. The remainder thereof is divided into convenient fields, well fenced with chestnut rails, and the whole situate in a populous and healthy neighborhood, and on a never failing stream of water. Sale to commence at one o’clock p.m. - conditions at sale.
