PUBLIC SALEThe Subscriber will offer at public sale, on Saturday the 23rd day of December, 1837, the following tracts and lots of land in the township of Tredyffrin, county of Chester. No. 1, a tract of land, containing 14 acres, adjoining lands of Col. A.E. Findley, James Jones, and others, two acres of watered meadow, five acres of woodland, well set with Chestnut Oak, Black Oak, and Hickory - The arable land is in a good state of cultivation, well fenced; the improvements are a comfortable Log House, two rooms on a floor, a log stable, a stone spring house over a never failing spring near the door, a good garden, well pailed. The above property is within a 1/4 mile of the Philadelphia and Columbia railroad. No. 2, ... The tract is also within a 1/4 mile of the Turnpike and Philadelphia and Columbia railroad, 16 miles from Philadelphia. Lot No. 3 a lot containing five acres of land on the Philadelphia and Lancaster turnpike and the Columbia railroad, near the 17 mile stone on the former, and 20 mile post on the railroad. The improvements are a comfortable square Log House newly built, a garden pailed in, two acres of above are under good fence, and the other three acres are Woodland, and a good sell.
