On Saturday the 27th day of January, at one o’clock,
A Valuable Lot of Land
Situate in Tredyffrin township, Chester county, half a mile north of the Spread Eagle, on the Philadelphia and Lancaster turnpike road, containing about 15 acres of good land, three of which are woodland, three acres of meadow, and the rest good plow land, laying to a southern exposure, all enclosed with good fences. The improvements are a good log house, two stories high, with a kitchen adjoining, and a good log barn. There is on said premises, a never-failing spring of good water with a house over the same, and a well of good water near the house, with a new pump in it, - all in good order and is well worth the attendance of the mechanic. A further description is deemed unnecessary, as it is presumable that any person wishing to purchase will view the same, which will be shown by the subscriber, or Edward Siter at the Spread Eagle. The sale will be held on the premises.
