Sheriff’s SalesBy virtue of a writ of venditioni exponas to me directed, will be sold at public sale, on Thursday, the 14th day of October next, at one o’clock, p. m. on the premises, a certain messuage and two adjoining lots of land, situate in the township of Tredyffrin, in the county of Chester, bounded by lands of Isaac Huzzard, Elizabeth Davis and others, containing together 105 square perches, more or less, with the appurtenances. The improvements are a small log house, with a frame shed adjoining, barrack and other outbuildings. The land is of a good quality and well fenced. Seized and taken in execution as the property of Edward and Jane Mullin. Village Record, 22nd September 1830 |
