At an Orphan's Court held and kept
at Westchester [sic] for the county of Chester,
12th day of November, A.D. 1818,
before the honorable John Ross, Esq. and his
associates Judges present.
Upon the petition of Enoch Davis, one
of the sons of Doctor John Davis, late of
the township of Tredyffrin, in the county
of Chester, deceased, who died intestate.
Rule upon all the heirs, and other
persons interested in the real estate of said
deceased, to come into this court on the first
day of the next Regular Session thereof, to
wit, on the first monday of February next,
and accept or refuse Lot No. 2, part of the
said real estate (containing one hundred &
sixty two acres and three quarters, bounded
by lands of Levi John, land late of Benjamin
Davis deceased and others, with the
appurtenances,) at the value thereof, or
shew cause on the same day, why the said
real Estate should not be sold, according to
the provisions of the Acts of Assembly in
such case made and provided.
