Valuable property for Private Sale

Will be exposed to public sale, on Thursday, the 6th day of March next, at one o’’clock p. m. on the premises, situate in Tredyffrin township, Chester county, 16 1/2 from Philadelphia, about one quarter of a mile north of the Philadelphia and Lancaster turnpike, and Penna. rail way, bounded by land of Wm. Vanleer, David Wilson and a public road to Howells tavern, within 200 yards of the state road leading to N.Y. a lot containing three acres, of well improved land, with good log dwelling house, two story high, with a kitchen and one room down and two up stairs, a good cellar under; stabling and hay loft, a thriving orchard and a variety of other fruit trees, inclosed with a good fence and in good repair.

Also two acres of woodland, heavily timbered, about one hundred yards south of said rail way, bounded by lands of John Vanleer, William Kennedy and James Sloan. The property is convenient to mills, churches etc. The situation is healthy and well calculated for a mechanic. It will be sold together or separate to suit the purchaser.
