Public Sale WILL be exposed to Public Sale, on Saturday, the 16th day of December next, on the premises, at two o'clock in the afternoon, A valuable Farm Containing 40 acres, more or less, Valley Land, in a high state of cultivation, and under good fences, with a reasonable proportion of Meadow and Woodland, situated in Tredyffrin township, Chester county, near Howell's Tavern, bounded by lands of William Hall, JohnHowell, deceased and others, distant about 18 miles from the city of Philadelphia, and one from the Lancaster Turnpike, in an excellent neighborhood, convenient to places f worship and schools. The improvements are a Dwelling and a fine Mill, with two pair of stones, with an overshot wheel, on a strong and constant stream of water, situated on the public road leading from the Lancaster turnpike to the Swedesford road, well calculated for merchant or country work, where the proprietor can always meet with a ready sale for flour or the offals of the Mill. - There is also on the premises a large and convenient stone Barn, a strong spring of water at the door, with a good House over it, an Orchard in full bearing, with a fine selection of fruit trees, a good Garden, &c. Also a Store-house and Dwelling-house adjoining, and an excellant [sic] stand for business, where there is a store kept at present. Any person wanting to purchase can call on the subscribers, who live on the premises, and judge for themselves. Possession given on the first day of April, 1827.
