ALSO,
BY virtue of an order of the Court of Common
Pleas of Chester county, in the commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, to me directed, after a writ de
Partitioni Facienda, will be sold at public sale.
On Wednesday, the 28th day of December next,
at one o'clock, P.M. at the public house of Joshua
Evans in the township of Tredyffrin, the following
described property, situate in the township of
Tredyffrin, in the county of Chester, to wit: a certain
lot or piece of woodland, containing seven acres
and one hundred and twenty two perches, more or
less, with the appurtenances; being the real estate
ofCharles Jones, Joshua Evans and Joshua Jones,
and to be sold by
