Public Sale

Will be offered at Public Sale, on Saturday the 12th of November next, at one o’clock p. m. on the premises, a plantation or lot of ground, containing 14 acres and 80 perches, situate in Tredyffrin township, Chester County, on the Lancaster and Philadelphia turnpike between the 14 and 15 mile stones, adjoining lands of Catharine Henderson; Edward Pugh, and bounded north by the Lancaster turnpike, west by Church road, with the Pennsylvania railway passing through the center with not more than 6 or 8 inches excavation at the Church road.

The improvements are a stone house with a stone kitchen adjoining, a frame store house near by, and a frame barn with other out buildings. Any person desirous of purchasing will be shown the property by the subscriber living thereon. Terms of sale by
