Containing twelve acres 131 perches, situate in the Great Valley, Tredyffrin township, Chester County, 1 1/2 miles from the Lancaster Pike, 18 miles from Phila. adjoining lands of Israel Davis, Thos. Rowland and others, in a high state of cultivation; it is divided into 4 fields, with good fence & has been lately limed, with upwards of an hundred bushels to the acre. The improvements are a new stone house 2 1/2 stories high, with a kitchen and other out buildings.
