Containing twelve acres 131 perches, situate in the Great Valley, Tredyffrin township, Chester County, 1 1/2 miles from the Lancaster Pike, 18 miles from Phila. adjoining lands of Israel Davis, Thos. Rowland and others, in a high state of cultivation; it is divided into 4 fields, with good fence & has been lately limed, with upwards of an hundred bushels to the acre. The improvements are a new stone house 2 1/2 stories high, with a kitchen and other out buildings. A shop, a good barn, a well of never failing water near the door, a young thriving apple orchard and a number of other fruit trees, another new stone house on the premises two stories high; also 2 five acre sprout lots on the Valley Hill which has been cut off a number of years, and now very thriving.
