Public Sale

Pursuant to the last will and testament of Hugh Long, dec’d, will be sold at Public Sale, on Thursday the 28th of Nov. next, at one o’clock p.m. on the premises, situate in the township of Tredyffrin, Chester county, the following described real estate, viz:

Lot No. 1 containing 9 acres

Of first rate woodland, principally chestnut fit for cutting, excelled by none in the vicinity; bounded by lands of Alexander Kennedy, dec’d, Jonathan Moore, and others.

An undivided and very equal part of

Lot No. 2, contains 8 acres And twelve perches of excellent timber, principally chestnut and chestnut oak, bounded by lands of Mordecai Davis, George Beaver, and others.

The above described lots are situated on the Pennsylvania Rail Road.
