A Messuage, and tract of Land

ALSO
By virtue of a writ of Venditioni Exponas, to me directed, will be sold at public sale, on Saturday, the 8th day of November next, at 1 o'clock p.m. at the dwelling house on the premises, a certain messuage and tract of land, situate in the township of Tredyffrin, in the county of Chester, bounded by lands of Catharine Henderson, Robert Kennedy and others containing about 8 acres, be the same more or less with the appurtenances. The improvements are a comfortable frame dwelling house with a well of excellent water near the door, frame stable and other necessary out buildings. The land is of a good quality, situate on the Philadelphia & Lancaster turnpike road, about 1 mile west of the Spread Eagle tavern, and would be an excellent stand for public business. - Seized and taken in execution as the property of Charles Smith, and to be sold by JESSE SHARP.
