Public Sale.
PURSUANT to an order of the
Orphans' Court of Chester county will
be exposed to Public Sale, on Monday
the 16th December next, at 1 o'clock P.
M. on the premises, 108 acres of Land
with the appurtenances, the Real Estate
of John Garber, dec. situate in
Tredyffrin township, bounded by lands of John
Beaver, John Kugler and others. There
are on the premises a stone house, stone
barn and spring house, and an excellent
young bearing orchard. The above farm
is handsomely situated within 2 miles of
the Lancaster Turnpike, divided into
convenient fields, about 1-3 of the arable
land limestone, and about 40 acres of
woodland. Any person wishing to view
the premises, apply to Benjamin Harley
living thereon. Conditions made known
on said day.
