A LOT OF LAND
WILL be Sold at Public Sale, on the
Premises, on Tuesday the 12th
day of November next, at 2 o'clock
P.M. A Valuable Lot, containing about
15 acres of Land, situate in Tredyffrin
township, Chester county, 14 miles from
Philadelphia: - Bounded by lands of Ann
Groover, Jacob Huzzard, late deceased
and others, and the road leading from
the Spread Eagle, on the Lancaster
Turnpike Road to the Friends Meeting
House in the Great Valley. There is
about 4 acres of Meadow, with a stream
of water passing through the same; - a
good proportion of Woodland, and the
rest divided into small fields - there is a
good bearing Orchard with a variety of
Fruit Trees on the Premises. The
improvements are a good Squared Log
House, two stories high, with a Kitchen
adjoining the same, a Log Barn, a Spring
of excellent Water near the house, also
a Well of good Water convenient, both
of whcih have not failed this season. -
This Lot is pleasantly situated and welll
worth the attention of the Mechanic. -
