A valuable tract of Land,

Will be Sold
At Public Sale on the 8th of October next, at one o'clock P.M. on the premiseses, [sic] a Valuable tract of Land situate in Tredyffrin township, Chester county, late the property of John Garber, dec'd. adjoining lands with John Beaver, John Cuglar and others, contain 108 acres of land, one half of which is thriving timber, part of this valuable land is limestone. The improvements are a two story stone house, large stone barn and stone spring house with a never failing spring of water, and an excellent young bearing orchard. Conditions made known on said day.
