In the Valley

Will be sold at Public Sale, on 5th day, the 15th of 10th month, 1835, the following described Real Estate, situate in Tredyffrin township, Chester county, late the property of John Sharpless, deceased, containing

250 Acres,

more than or less, of first rate Valley Land, about 80 arid which are prime woodland, the residue arable and meadow land, conveniently divided into fields and well fenced. - The Valley Creek runs through the premises. The improvements are a large and commodious

Stone House,

Cellared under, four rooms and a kitchen on the first floor, and five rooms on the second.

Two Large Barns,

One of which, 60 by 40 feet, is nearly new, well finished, double floored, with Corn-cribs as Granaries, etc. - a pump and well of water in the barn-yard. Hog house, Smoke-house, Gig and carriage House, Spring House, all of stone, and other buildings. A spring of good water is near the dwelling, and a well and pump in it at the door. There are two Orchards on the premises, one of them just beginning to bear. Also, extensive quarries of excellent
