To be sold at private sale, a valuable tract of land, situate in the township of Tredyffrin, Chester co. on the valley road that leads from Howell’s tavern to the turnpike and rail road, about a quarter of a mile from the said turnpike road, containing thirty acres, fenced off into convenient fields, a part of which is woodland well set with young chestnut timber. The improvements are two Dwelling Houses, the one a good Stone House nearly new, two stories high, with two rooms on a floor, and a cellar under - a well of water and a frame stable convenient thereto. The other is a convenient Log House, situated near to never failing spring of water over which is erected a convenient spring house; there is a garden attached to each of the houses with pail fences; also a variety of fruit trees, and two young orchards, one near to each of the said houses. The said premises would answer well to be divided into two tenements, as the said Valley road passes through the same, so that eight or nine acres of said land with the said log house & spring, is situated on the north side of said road, and the other part of the said premises on the south side. A further description is thought unnecessary, as any person wishing to purchase can view for themselves by applying to John Reese or Griffith Wetherby residing near the same, or to the subscriber in Philadelphia. From either of them the conditions of sale may be known.
