Will also be sold, at the same time and place, A Messuage Lot and tract of Land, in the township of Tredyffrin, in said county - bounded by lands of William Brown, John Brown, Joshua Jones, and others, containing fourteen acres, more or less, with the appurtenances. A due proportion of the above is meadow and woodland. There is on the lot a log house and barn, and a most excellent spring of water.
On Tuesday, the 5th of October next, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, at the dwelling house on the premises - a certain Messuage Plantation and tract of Land, in the township of Tredyffrin, in Chester county - bounded by lands of Benjamin Havard, Thomas Walker, John Brown, and others ; containing 250 acres, more or less, with the appurtenances.- There is on the above farm a large substantial stone house, and stone barn ; together with other out-buildings. The farm is in the Great Valley, the main branch of the Valley Creek passing thru it. 110 acres of the land is first-rate woodland, the residue is of the finest quality of Limestone Valley Land, very highly improved, and divided into convenient
fields, and well fenced; with a large and good orchard on it. The farm is considered one of the FINEST AND BEST in Chester county - Seized and taken in execution as the property of Doct.
