Hand drawn map inscribed “Draught of Jesse Wharton’s land situated in Tredyffrin township, Chester County, containing ninety–two acres and one hundred and thirty-two perches of land. Surveyed the 21st day of March 1818.” (11¾ x 11 3/8 inches).
