Isaac Davies - a bit of a mystery. There is no Isaac Davies in the Chester County tax lists. There is an Isaac Davis in Tredyffrin 1740 - 1760. Before that date there are a couple of references to an Isaac Davis in Thornbury and Marple.
John Griffith, Tredyffrin 1715 - 1737
Matthew Martin - there is no person of that name in the early Chester County tax lists. There is a Matthias Martin who was in Whiteland 1718 - 1721 and then Charlestown 1722 - 1740.

It was deeded to them as trustees of the existing society or congregation of Presbyterians in the Welsh Tract.
