TO BE SOLD, A TRACT of LAND in West Bradford township, Chester county, containing about eighty four acres, about twenty five acres thereof cleared, the remainder extraordinary well timbered, not an acre of broken land in the whole: It is very pleasantly situated near the Conestogo and Gap Roads, about a mile and a half from the sign of the Ship in the Great Valley, and nearly adjoining the plantation late Curtis Lewis: There are two or three springs of water on the premises. Col. JOHN HANNUM, in West Bradford aforesaid, will treat with any person inclining to purchase.

Also to be sold, a tract of about fifty acres of land, lying in the Great Valley, East Whiteland township, in the county aforesaid, bounded on the south by the Conestogo great road, and on the east by the road leading from the sign of the White Horse to the Yellow Springs, and adjoining the White Horse tract, as also the land in tenure of Mr. Jacobs at the sign of the Cross Keys. This place is very commodiously situated for any kind of public business, in a very populous, fertile country, and one of the most public places in the county. There are two very good dwelling houses, a store, and a smiths shop on the premises, also a young orchard, and a well of good water. Good titles will be made to the above lands.
