Lewis James tract

To be sold, by public vendue, on Thursday, the seventh day of December next,

Two very commodious tracts of land, adjoining each other, situate and lying in the Great-Valley, in the township of Tredyffrin, Chester county, near the great Connestoga road, about 20 miles from Philadlephia; late the property of Thomas James, deceased; each tract containing about 350 acres of very good land, both plentifully watered, and valuably timbered; whereon are erected two good and convenient frame dwelling-houses, barns, stables, etc. with bearing orchards, very good meadows, arable, and pasture ground adjoining each, and more meadow may be made; There is also good conveniency upon one of the said tenements for erecting a grist and saw-mill; the fences are all in good repair: The title is good, clear, and indisputable. Any person inclining to view the land before the day of sale, may apply to the subscriber hereof, living on the premises. There will be also exposed to sale, divers sorts of household furniture.
