TAKE NOTICE, that I have applied to the Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of the county of Chester, for the benefit of the several acts of assembly of the state of Pennsylvania, made for the relief of Insolvent Debtors, and said court has appointed
Monday the Thirteenth day of September A.D. 1847 at ten o’clock in the forenoon of said day, for hearing of me and my creditors at the court-house, in the borough of West Chester, in said county, when and where you may attend, if you think proper.
