By virtue of writs of venditioni exponas to
me directed will be sold at public vendne, [vendue]
the following real estate, to wit,
WILL BE SOLD,
On Monday the 6th of January next, at
eleven o'clock in the forenoon on the premises ;
a certain messuage, plantation and
track of land, situate in the township of
Tredyffrin, in the county of Chester ; bounded
by lands of John Miller, James Sloan,
and others, containing one hundred and
twenty acres,
, more or less, with the
appurtenances. The above plantation consists of
excellent land, and on it are very valuable
buildings, - Seized and taken in execution
as the property of John Bowen, jr. dec'd
