TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC SALE, On Tuesday the twenty-fifth of Nov. inst., A Plantation or Tract of Land, In the Great Valley, in the township of Tredyffrin, the county of Chester, containing ninety seven acres and three quarters be - the same more or less - joining lands of Judge Davis, John Howell, Wm. Thomas and others. The improvements are a convenient two story stone House, a large stone Barn, a stone Milk House, with a large room, and a fire place above, occupied as a store house, and is considered as an excellent stand for business of that kind. Said Milk house is watered from a never failing spring of excellent water, within one hundred yards of the house.- Likewise a Tenement House and Stabling There is an orchard of about ninety bearing trees, about twelve acres of excellent wood and on said place, six acres of meadow, and more can be made. The Land is divided into convenient fields with water in most of them, as there is a stream running through said place, with water and fall sufficient for any machinery. The land is in a high state of cultivation, and in an excellent neighborhood, convenient to several merchant mills, sawmills, and different places of public worship of different denominations. The Swedesford road to Norristown running through said land. Likewise will be sold at the same time and place, eighteen acres of mountain land, sixteen acres of which is young thriving oak and chestnut timber. Any person wishing to view said premises before the day of sale, may see the same by applying to George Irwin, living on said land. A good and indisputable title will be given, and possession on the 1st day of April next. Sale to commence at 10 o'clock A.M. on said day, where attendance will be given, and conditions of sale made known. N.B. - If not sold on said day, it will be continued for private sale.
