To be Sold,
BY PUBLIC SALE
On Monday, the 29th of this inst. on the
premises, on easy payments, --a
A PLANTATION
Situate in the Great Valley; Tredyffrin
township, Chester county, late the property
of William Rowland, dec'd, adjoining
lands with Israel Davis; George Beaver,
Thomas Rowland and others, one
mile from the Paoli tavern, on the Phila'd
and Lancaster turnpike road, and 18 miles
from Philadelphia, containing 109 acres or
thereabouts, of the best limestone land.
There are on said premises, a new
stone Barn, 39 by 56 feet, double dewcked,
built of the best materials ; a good
stone Houe, with four rooms on a floor;
the Great Valley Creek runs through
said property. Said property has 10
acres of superior watered Meadow, 30
acres of excellent wood land ; the woodland
lies on the north valley hill, which
is considered the most valuable kind of
timber land ; the upland is divided into
convenient sized fields; all in good
repair and in the highest state of cultivation.
There are on said premises, 2
excellent orchards of the best grafted
fruit [sic][friut], of various kinds. The property
is convenient to mills, meetings, &c. -
In fact, the property posses [poses] every advantage
that could be wished for,
Any person wishing to view said
plantation, will be shewn it by either of the
subscribers. Sale to begin at one
o'clock, P.M. when terms of payment, &c.
will be made known, by
