TO PUBLIC SALE,
On the premises on Saturday the 28th
day of February next, at 2 o'clock P.M.
A Planiatioa or tract of Land,
containing 56 acres ; 20 acres whereof are
first rate wood land, about 5 acres meadow
- the remainder arable in a good state of
cultivation, and divided into 7 fields by
good fences - there are on the premises a
convenient frame barn and stabling and a a
spring of the best water.
The above property is situate on the
Philadelphia and Lancaster turnpike road,
between the 16 and 17 mile stones, in the
township of Tredyffrin, Chester county
bounded north by the turnpike nearly half
a mile - south by a parallel line - which
divides the townships of Easttown and
Tredyffrin - giving it a peculiar advantage for
subdivision. A further description is deemed
unnecessary, as those inclining to
purchase, are invited to view the property. -
