WILL BE SOLD,
On Wednesday, the 10th of March next,
at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, at the
dwelling house on the premises ; the undivided
one-sixth
part of a messuage, plantation
and tract of land in the township of
Tredyffrin in Chester county ; bounded
by lands of John G. Bull, Robert T.
Evans, Randal Evans and others ; containing
167 acres more or less, with the
appurtenances. The above farm has
excellent buildings ; is well watered ; has a
good proportion of wood, and the land is
of the first quality and in the highest state
of cultivation. The farm may be considered
as one of the best in the great Valley.
Seized and taken in execution as the
property of John Maxwell.

This 1/6 portion was purchased by Elizabeth Maxwell, the widow, and her children. See the Hubbert tract, Table B.2.1 for the deed history.
