A messuage plantation and tract of land

ALSO
By virtue of a writ of Venditioni Exponas
to me directed, will be sold at Public
Sale on Monday the 9th day of July next,
at one o'clock in the afternoon, at the
dwelling house on the first mentioned
premises a certain messuage plantation
and tract of land situate in the township
of Tredyffrin, in the county of Chester,
bounded by lands of Devault Beaver,
John Brown and others, containing 120
acres, be the same more or less, with the
appurtenances. The above land is situate
in the Great Valley and of the first
rate quality.
ALSO - one other tract of land situate
in the said township of Tredyffrin, bounded
by lands of Joseph Conard, Alexander
Kennedy and others, containing ten
acres, be the same more or less with the
appurtenances.
Seized and taken in execution as the
property of Charles Jones.
